Lémon Pepper Bàked Chickén Thighs








ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds of chicken legs or chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with f0il and set aside.
  2. Blot the chicken with paper towels and place them on the baking sheet.
  3. Whisk t0gether the olive oil and lem0n juice in a small b0wl.
  4. Sprinkle the olive oil mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken, rubbing to coat well.
  5. In another bowl, combine lemon pepper seasoning, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  6. Sprinkle the spices evenly over the chicken.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
