You’ll Need:

3 cuts of bacon, cut into pieces 

1/2 lb. crisp infant spinach 

1/2 expansive onion, diced 

6 eggs 

1/2 glass feta cheddar disintegrates 

salt and pepper to taste

How to Make:


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with somewhat salt and pepper and put aside. Preheat the broiler to 350º F. 
  2. Warmth an expansive, broiler safe skillet on high warmth. Include the bacon pieces and cook until brilliant darker. Lessen the warmth to medium, expel the bacon, and put aside. 
  3. To a similar skillet, include diced onion and cook for around 5 minutes, until it begins to mellow. Include spinach and somewhat salt. Cook for around 3 minutes. (Note: the fluids from the spinach will deglaze the container.) Expel the skillet from the warmth. 
  4. Pour the eggs over the spinach. With the assistance of a spoon or spatula, attempt to separate the clusters of spinach so the egg blend covers the spinach uniformly. 
  5. Sprinkle the bacon and feta cheddar disintegrates to finish everything. 
  6. Heat for around 15 minutes, until the eggs are cooked through.
