You’ll Need:

1/2 lb. boneless toss cook, cut into little 3D squares

3 tbsp olive oil

4 medium carrots, stripped and diced

1 expansive onion, stripped and diced

3 garlic cloves (minced)

1 glass pearl grain (or hulled grain)

2 tbsp tomato glue

8 glasses hamburger or chicken soup

1 tsp dried thyme

salt and pepper to taste

How to Make:

  1. Warmth up an expansive pot on high warmth. Include the olive oil and hamburger. Cook, mixing at times, for around 10 minutes, until the fluids vanish and the hamburger begins to dark colored.
  2. Lessen warmth to medium and include onion, carrots, and garlic. Cook for around 5 minutes.
  3. Include the tomato glue, thyme, salt, and pepper and blend everything great. Include the grain and hamburger (or chicken) juices. Diminish the warmth to medium low, and cook until the hamburger is extremely delicate, for around 1/2 hours. Note: include additional juices on the off chance that you'd like to disperse the soup more.
