You’ll Need:

2 lbs. skin-on chicken thighs (drumsticks or bosoms work, as well) 

2 tbsp. olive oil 

1 medium onion 

1/2 tsp. red pepper pieces 

1/2 glass cooked peppers, cut into slender strips (see note) 

1 glass Half and Half 

4 glasses infant spinach 

3/4 glass Parmesan cheddar 

salt and pepper to taste 

crisp parsley, to decorate

How to Make:


  1. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper on the two sides. 
  2. Warmth the oil in a vast skillet over medium-high warmth. Include the chicken and burn for around 2 minutes. Decrease the warmth to medium, and continue fricasseeing the chicken until cooked through. The cooking time with shift, contingent upon the thickness of the chicken. 
  3. Expel the chicken from the skillet and put aside. To a similar skillet, include the onions and cook for around 5 minutes, until delicate and brilliant in shading. Include the red pepper drops and broiled peppers, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
