Mint Chocolaté Browniés

ingredients

  • 1 can of fudgey brownie mix
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 8 TBSP butter softened as almost melted
  • 2 TBSPs of milk
  • green food coloring line
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • 6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 TBSP butter








Instructions

  • Brown your brownies in a 9-inch by 13-inch pan. Cool in the refrigerator for half an hour (at least).
  • Mix the powdered sugar, milk, butter, green food coloring and mint extract. Pour over cooled brownies and smooth with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate for another half an hour.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in the butter in the microwave or in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Pour over chilled brownies and mint. Tilt the pan to spread evenly. Put back in the refrigerator to let it take, at least half an hour.
  • To facilitate slicing, dip your knife in a glass of hot water and wipe off the excess water between each slice in the brownies.
