Molten Middlé Browniés



INGREDIENTS

  • 400g of powdered sugar
  • 200g of light brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g of melted butter
  • 300g of plain flour
  • 120g cocoa powder
  • 150g of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk











INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease and line a 20 cm x 20 cm brownie pan.
  • Whisk the eggs and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer until thick. Add the melted butter, plain fl0ur and cocoa powder and mix to combine.
  • Pour 1/3 of the brownie batter into the greased and doubled mold and spread with the back of a spoon - you try to form a sort of tank for condensed milk, so try to keep the center lower than the edges. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and bake for 5 minutes, until brownie top just begins to crust.
  • Remove from the oven and place 1/3 of the remaining brownie batter on the sides of the box - again, trying to form a tank. Fill this tank with the condensed milk and gently spoon the rest of your brownie batter on top of the condensed milk. Smo0th with the back of a spoon and sprinkle over the remaining chocolate chips.
  • Bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes until just set, then cool in the pan.
  • Cut into 9 large squares and enjoy!
