EASY GRILLÉD CHICKÉN MARINADE










INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 C. Ginger paste or finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste or finely chopped
  • 1 C. Black pepper
  • 1/2 c. Dried thyme
  • 1/2 c. Dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/4 c. Red pepper flakes
  • Salt (optional
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • Coriander, basil or fresh parsley, for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a deep bowl, add oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic, black pepper, thyme, oregano, paprika, chili flakes. red and extra salt (optional). Mix everything.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and mix the marinade well.
  3. Cover the bowl tightly with saran and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours.
  4. When you are ready to grill or bake, use tongs to remove chicken pieces from the marinade and place them on a hot grill. Grill each side for 6-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. While cooking, drizzle chicken with reserved marinade a few times.
  6. Remove the chicken breasts from the grill and place on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley, coriander or basil.
