EASY GRILLÉD CHICKÉN MARINADE

- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 C. Ginger paste or finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste or finely chopped
- 1 C. Black pepper
- 1/2 c. Dried thyme
- 1/2 c. Dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 c. Red pepper flakes
- Salt (optional
- 6 chicken breasts
- Coriander, basil or fresh parsley, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a deep bowl, add oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic, black pepper, thyme, oregano, paprika, chili flakes. red and extra salt (optional). Mix everything.
- Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and mix the marinade well.
- Cover the bowl tightly with saran and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours.
- When you are ready to grill or bake, use tongs to remove chicken pieces from the marinade and place them on a hot grill. Grill each side for 6-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- While cooking, drizzle chicken with reserved marinade a few times.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the grill and place on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley, coriander or basil.
