  • ¼ tsp. cayenne 
  • 2 cloves garlic, pulverized 
  • 2 leeks, white parts just, generally cleaved 
  • 2 onions, generally cleaved 
  • 2 plum tomatoes, quartered 
  • 1 straight leaf 
  • 1½ c dry white wine 
  • 4 c fish stock 
  • 2 c water 
  • 1 tbs spread 
  • 2 tbs flour 
  • 1 lb skinless firm white fish, for example, halibut or priest fish, stick bones expelled 
  • 1/2 lb medium shrimp, stripped and deveined, tails expelled 
  • 1 squeeze saffron strings 
  • genuine salt and newly ground dark pepper, to taste 
  • 2 tbs minced parsley 



Directions :
  1. Warmth oil in a substantial pot over medium warmth. Include the fennel seeds, cayenne, garlic, leeks, onions, tomatoes, and cove leaf. Cook, blending every so often, until onions are translucent and leeks are delicate, around 15 minutes.
