Hello, all. Yups I come with very delicious recipes. This dish has a distinctive taste, all flavors are mixed together to create a super duper delicious taste.

The ingredients are still natural and easily available to all of you can try to make it immediately at home.

Fixings 

  • 1 glass quinoa 
  • 1 glass Bulgur wheat 
  • 6 containers water/stock 
  • squeeze of salt 


for the plate of mixed greens 

  • 3 containers solidified peas whitened 
  • 1-1½ containers disintegrated feta cheddar 1 extensive red onion daintily cut 
  • pea rings, for serving (discretionary) 


for the lemon dressing 

  • ¼ container olive oil 
  • ¼ container lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp dark pepper 


Directions 

  1. Consolidate the quinoa, bulgur wheat and stock/water in a pot and season with salt. Heat to the point of boiling and stew revealed until the fluid has been retained. Turn the warmth off and spread with a cover at that point permit to steam for 10-15 minutes until the quinoa grains are still somewhat firm. Cushion with a fork and permit to cool to room temperature. 
  2. Consolidate the cooked quinoa and Bulgur wheat with the cooked and cooled peas, feta cheddar and onion.
