4 burger patties ⅓-pound solidified or crisp patties or produced using scratch 

½ white onion cut 

2 tablespoons ghee 

4 cloves garlic minced 

1 14.5-ounce can hamburger stock a Whole30 consistent brand if on Whole30 (or somewhat less than 2 glasses) 

12 ounces child bella mushrooms cut

1 container full-fat coconut milk or cream 

½ teaspoon garlic powder 

½ teaspoon onion powder 

½ teaspoon crisply ground dark pepper
