Fixings 

  • 1/2 container soy sauce, (120ml) 
  • 1/3 container olive oil, (80ml) 
  • 1/4 container Worcestershire sauce, (60ml) 
  • 1/4 container minced red onion, (40g) 
  • 2 tablespoons nectar, (30ml) 
  • 2 tablespoons cut green onions, (10g) 
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • 2 teaspoons hacked thyme 
  • 2 teaspoons hacked rosemary 
  • 1/2 teaspoon legitimate salt 
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar 
  • 2 steaks, (ribeye, New York strip, porterhouse, T-bone, skirt, sirloin, flank, level iron) 




Directions 

  1. In a medium-sized bowl whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, red onion, nectar, green onions, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. 
  2. In a little bowl include 1/some the steak marinade and red wine vinegar, put aside. 
  3. Add steak to a preparing dish or extensive resealable plastic sack. 
  4. Pour the marinade over, spread, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Press out the overabundance air if utilizing a ziplock sack. 
  5. Flip steak over and marinate an extra 30 minutes in the fridge.
