2 medium sweet potatoes, stripped and cubed 

1 Tbsp. coconut oil or ghee (may utilize margarine on the off chance that you needn't bother with them to be Whole30) 

1/4 tsp. salt

How to Make:


  1. Preheat stove to 350°F.
